The industrial control equipment is connected to the peripheral line through the power line and the signal line, and the working environment is relatively complicated, and is easily damaged by lightning and the like, thereby causing damage to the equipment. The function of the control signal lightning arrester is that when the transmission line is subjected to induced lightning and other transient overvoltage surges, the inrush current is discharged to the earth through the protection branch of the surge protector, and the output voltage is clamped to the device. Within the voltage range, it can effectively prevent this from happening and ensure the safety of the equipment.

Use attention
1. Connect the lightning protection device (SPD) between the line and the device port to be protected. Connect the grounding port on the SPD to the ground net with multiple strands of copper wire, and ensure that the grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.
2. When installing, make sure that the '1' screw is installed in place to make the line bond firmly. After installation, use a multimeter to test whether each signal line is turned on. Do not install the SPD with power, otherwise the SPD
3. The lightning protection device does not need long-term maintenance when it is not required to be installed. It only needs routine maintenance of the system; if there is a problem in signal transmission during use, the signal transmission returns to normal after replacing the surge protector. The surge protector is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
